They, BCMA, incorrectly credited someone elses account with my check. I sent a copy (both sides) to their PO Box as instructed by their customer service representative. They never processed it, disputed it with me, or did anything to contact me regarding its processing? So, now I'm sending the same package via FedX to their physical address with tracking hoping to get my account finally resolved.

Anyway, if they get this resolved, I'll consider upgrading my review...so far, one very frustrated customer of Blue Cross Medicare Advantage of New Mexico.
